About the job

Do you want to be part of a strong professional community where well-being, collaboration and residents' quality of life are at the center?

At Rosenvænget Care Center we are seeking a committed and professionally skilled nurse for a fixed day shift in a sheltered unit. We are looking for a colleague who is passionate about working with older residents, including people with dementia, and who wants to make a positive difference every day.

About the position

You will become an important part of a sheltered unit, where the focus is on presence, structure and safe surroundings for the residents. As a nurse you will be responsible for ensuring high professional quality in the care and contributing to the ongoing development of nursing in the house.

We work from a shared understanding that we are one house with shared responsibility. Therefore we expect all staff to contribute to cross-department collaboration and help each other when needed.

We offer

  • A meaningful daily life with the resident at the center.
  • Skilled and engaged colleagues.
  • Close multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Opportunities for professional development and sparring.
  • A workplace focused on job satisfaction, respect and integrity.
  • Influence on the development of nursing and daily life in the house.
  • Leadership at eye level - there is little distance from idea to action.

We are looking for a nurse who

  • Is a licensed nurse.
  • Has interest in or experience with the dementia field.
  • Works independently and takes responsibility.
  • Has good collaboration skills and contributes positively to the community.
  • Can create security and relationships with residents and relatives.
  • Sees the value in helping colleagues across the house and contributing to the overall task solution.

About us

We are a care center where community, professionalism and care go hand in hand. We believe that the best solutions are created through collaboration, and that a good working environment is the foundation for high quality in care. Therefore we meet each other with respect, helpfulness and an expectation that we pull together.

We look forward to hearing from you and welcoming our new colleague.
