Community assistant (Influencer contact)

Are you our new link between influencers, venues and epic events?

Xperience Events is a forward-moving social event platform, and we handle among other things Influencer Battle & Marielyst BeachWalk. We work closely with exciting profiles, venues and our own dedicated team. Our new platform goes live on November 1 and you can help shape its development with your fingerprint.

Right now we are seeking more outgoing and structured colleagues who will help with contact, support and running our events. We hire on an ongoing basis and of course provide full training!

Your tasks

Relationships: You maintain daily contact with our influencer profiles and other partners.

Support: You handle inquiries, follow up on agreements and solve smaller practical tasks.

Event execution: You are hands-on at our events together with the team. You help ensure a smooth execution and a fantastic atmosphere – it should be fun to be there!

Communication: You help with clear and friendly communication, so our users always experience a high level of service.

Coordination: You work closely with your colleagues, both in the office and online.

Who are you?

You do not need to be an influencer yourself. The most important thing is that you like people, are good at keeping an overview and thrive where things are happening.

You are service-minded, reliable and easy to collaborate with.

You express yourself clearly and flawlessly in Danish – both in writing and speaking.

You enjoy the balance between screen work and being out in the field at events.

Bonus: It is an advantage if you have a driver’s license and a car, but it is not a requirement.

Full training: We thoroughly prepare you for all tasks.

Great flexibility: We offer rotating shifts (by agreement) typically between 10 and 36 hours per week – perfect whether you are looking for part-time or full-time.

Hybrid workplace: You can work from our office on Lolland/Falster or in Copenhagen, with the possibility of up to 2-3 days of remote work per week.
