Construction Manager

Daugaard Pedersen A/S is seeking a construction manager who, based at our office in Kolding, wishes to be part of the development and execution of future commercial buildings.

About the position

As a construction manager at Daugaard Pedersen A/S you will be a key player in our construction projects, contributing directly to our continued growth. Your workday will be varied and challenging, and you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing projects from start to finish with a focus on quality, efficiency and safety.

Your role includes among other things

• Project management: Planning and execution of construction projects, including collaboration with subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Financial management: Ensuring budget compliance through thorough and precise planning and ongoing follow-up.
• Quality assurance: Monitoring the construction process to ensure high quality and compliance with sustainability standards.
• Supervision: Ongoing inspection and follow-up on the construction site to ensure safety and efficiency.

Who are you?

You have strong leadership skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach to project management. At the same time you are an engaged team player who values and prioritizes close and efficient collaboration.

Additionally you have

• a relevant professional background as building constructor or civil engineer, possibly supplemented with education in project management and/or economics
• experience with commercial construction and preferably turnkey
• a curious approach to development in the construction industry and an interest in construction in general
• strong communication skills and the ability to build good relations with colleagues and partners
• a structured approach to tasks and the ability to work independently.
