Construction / Project Manager – can you keep track of the construction site? 🏗️

Schedules, tradespeople, deliveries, quality and economics… If you think “cool” instead of “help”, then read on. 😄 We are looking for more construction/project managers who want to be close to the build and play a central role on the construction site.

You will be employed in our department Enterprise Group Ltd.

• Total and main contracts
• New builds
• Renovation
• Roof works
• Residential construction
• Loft apartments
• Care homes
• Projects for both private and public customers

👷 Your day-to-day

You will take responsibility for one or more trade contracts and report to the project manager on the case.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Construction and contract management
• Planning of the construction process
• Daily on-site coordination
• Management of schedules and deliveries
• Coordination between the various trades
• Review of project materials
• Quantity surveying and material ordering
• Requesting quotations
• Dialogue with suppliers and contractors
• Quality assurance
• Inspection of completed work
• Financial control
• Safety and occupational health
• Delivery and 1- and 5-year walkthroughs

In short: You help ensure the construction site runs smoothly – even on days when reality hasn’t quite read the schedule. 😅

🎯 We imagine that you

• Are a building designer, engineer or similar
• May be newly graduated
• Have an understanding of the construction process
• Can communicate with both tradespeople, consultants and suppliers
• Are IT-literate
• Can work in a structured way and keep an overview
• Would be happy to have experience with installation trades

If you have previously worked as a carpenter, joiner or another tradesperson, that is a big plus – but not a requirement.
