Construction/Project Manager – are you the site's organizer? 👷

The phone is ringing. The truck is on its way. The carpenter needs a decision. And the electrician would like to know when he can come. Welcome to construction management. 😅🏗️

We are looking for more construction/project managers who thrive with responsibility, coordination and a workday where something happens.

🔧 Your responsibility on site

You will be responsible for one or more trade contracts and become an important link between the project manager, craftsmen, suppliers and advisers.

In a typical week you can, among other things, come to

• 👷 Manage and coordinate the work on the construction site
• 📆 Follow up on the schedule and progress
• 📦 Ensure materials and deliveries
• 📐 Review drawings and project materials
• 🔢 Work with quantity calculations
• 💰 Follow the finances of your contracts
• 🤝 Obtain bids and coordinate subcontractors
• 🔍 Check the quality of the performed work
• 🦺 Focus on safety and the working environment
• 💡 Find better solutions when reality requires a plan B
• 🔑 Be involved all the way to handover and subsequent walk-throughs

🎓 Experienced – or on the way into the field?

Both can be interesting.

We are looking, among others, for you who are

• Building designer
• Engineer
• Construction/contracting manager
• Recent graduate in construction
• Tradesperson with relevant further education

A background as a carpenter, joiner or another trades profession is an advantage – but not a requirement.

If you have experience with installation trades, you’ll also get an extra plus to your advantage. ✔️
