As a consultant you help clients get business and IT to work together in a new way, now that AI is changing what can be delivered and how quickly. You work with management on direction, governance and value - closely aligned with what can actually be delivered.

You are the bridge builder between business ambitions and the IT organization's delivery capacity. You can advise a board of directors while pragmatically sparring with the teams that need to make it work in daily operations. With us there is little distance from thought to action.

Arbejdsopgaver

As a consultant, the typical tasks will be

• Digital Operating Model: Redesign the collaboration model between business and IT, so AI becomes a part of the foundation - including how roles, responsibilities and workflows change when AI takes over part of the work.
• Værdikæden fra krav til drift: Map and rethink the process from business requirements through development to daily operations and point precisely to where AI can lift quality and speed.
• Governance: Develop models for governance and prioritization that give the business greater responsibility for IT and AI without compromising security and coherence.
• Ambition og plan: Help management choose a realistic level of ambition - from AI assistants to a changed delivery model - and translate it into a plan the organization can follow.
• Leverandører og kontrakter: Advise on how contract form and supplier model determine whether the value of AI lands with the customer, and what the customer should demand when the supplier uses AI.
• Business case og gevinstrealisering: Calculate the potential in the customer's own figures and ensure that freed-up capacity is used consciously and does not disappear into more of the same.
• Forandring og forankring: Take ownership of the change, drive it through steering committees and management levels and ensure that it lasts when the project ends.
• Faglig og kommerciel udvikling: Further develop our concepts for AI and operating models and translate opportunities with customers into concrete offers.

Kvalifikationer

Your profile is built on a solid business understanding and a deep insight into how an IT organization functions from the inside. You have likely 5+ years of experience from the consulting industry or from roles such as business-oriented IT architect, IT Business Partner, process consultant or transformation lead.

We expect that you

• understand the dynamic between business and IT and know how an operating model is assembled in practice - even when it challenges established frameworks and habits.
• have a practical eye for where AI creates real value, e.g. better requirements specification, faster delivery or more stable operations. You don't settle for the effect looking right - you figure out how it can be verified and communicated.
• have experience with vendor management, contracts or business cases in IT projects.
• go where the problem lies. AI problems show up in different places for different clients: in the contract, in the data foundation, in the codebase, in the operations organization, in the delivery model, in the competencies, or in the steering group. You immerse yourself in the layer where the problem lies, even when it's not your area of expertise.
• can create momentum when the plan doesn't hold. AI continuously changes what is possible, but the steering group must still be able to keep up. Value comes first when workflows, roles and responsibilities change.
• can work with problems that do not yet have a method.
• think in systems and bring together colleagues' and customers' professional disciplines.
• write and speak precisely in Danish and English and build trust across all organizational levels.

Experience from public sector clients is a plus.
