Consultant for awareness and training in cyber and information security

Become part of the team behind awareness and training in cyber and information security

At our office in Ballerup or Fredericia you will become part of an organization in significant development, where cyber and information security is both a societal and business-critical issue.

You will join our Awareness & Training team, which works with the human side of cyber and information security. With us, learning design, communication, behavior and strategy come together. We translate complex requirements and risks into solutions that people can understand and see the point of.

You develop learning that creates lasting behavior change

Your primary tasks are to

• develop and maintain e-learning and digital learning paths
• contribute to operation and development of our awareness- and training tools
• produce content for intranet, news formats and awareness initiatives
• monitor participant engagement and the effect of our actions
• plan and facilitate workshops, training and other learning activities
• collaborate with professional experts and communications colleagues across Energinet

Energinet is an independent public company under the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Utilities. We own and develop electricity and gas networks in Denmark to integrate more renewable energy, maintain security of supply and ensure equal market access to the networks.

It is positively viewed if, in addition, you have worked with learning platforms or similar digital tools, have experience with awareness-, behavior- or change initiatives, or have knowledge of cyber- or information security.

• are a skilled communicator, both written and spoken (Danish and English)
• can translate complex topics into engaging and accessible content that makes sense to the recipient
• have experience developing learning or training programs
• take ownership of your tasks and create progress through dialogue and collaboration
• work in a structured way and have an eye for both details and goals
• thrive in a role with many stakeholders and collaborative relationships

You combine clear communication with insight into learning

We imagine that you have a long-standing higher education, perhaps within rhetoric, communication, learning, change management or similar, which provides the foundation to solve tasks with a focus on learning design, communication and behavior.

Whether your workplace is in Ballerup or Fredericia, you should be prepared to continuously be present at both locations.
