Consultant for continuing and further education at Dania Academy

We are seeking an ambitious and relationship-driven consultant for Dania Erhverv, where you will have a central role focusing on sales and advising education and course activities within continuing and further education such as f.ex. academy and diploma education part-time and tailored solutions for businesses.

You will become part of a strong team with high ambitions and a lot of freedom in daily life. The role suits you who thrive at opening doors, understanding the customer's business, and turning needs into concrete solutions. You will have a broad contact surface, and work closely with both companies, partners and colleagues across Erhvervsakademi Dania.

One of your first concrete tasks will be a larger effort aimed at small and medium Danish companies and their use of AI. Here you shall create contact to companies, uncover their competence needs and translate them into relevant competence and education programs. You do not need to be AI specialist. The crucial is that you are curious about the area and strong in sales, dialogue and needs assessment. The AI effort will be your clear entry to the job, but you are hired into a broad sales and advisory role in Dania Erhverv.

Your main responsibilities

·                Proactive sales and advisory to new and existing companies and organizations

·                Identify customers' business and competence needs and translate them into relevant education and competence programs

·                Create new business opportunities, and follow them all the way from first contact to concrete agreement

·                Build and develop long-term relationships and partnerships with companies and partners

·                Develop tailored solutions in close collaboration with colleagues, teachers and external partners

·                Have documented experience with sales, business development or advisory and a strong commercial mindset

·                Are relationship-building, credible and good at understanding different customers' reality

·                Have a clear drive, work independently, and are motivated to create visible results

·                Communicate confidently, and can move naturally between companies, networks and internal professional environments

·                Are flexible regarding work location, and thrive with a daily life often spent at customers and partners

·                Have a relevant, advanced education. Experience with the education sector, courses or consulting services is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Employment terms and start

Salary, pension and employment terms will be in accordance with the applicable state collective agreement, but will in principle be between Finansministeriet and Akademikere i Staten. Final salary setting will be based on competence level and qualifications.

Dania Erhverv is physically located on campus Randers, Minervavej 63, 8960 Randers SØ, but covers all Erhvervsakademi Dania's campuses. You will therefore also visit other campuses, and your own geographic location can span widely. It is a condition of employment that you have a valid driving license B. After a start-up period there will be opportunity for weekly home-working days.

Start date desired from January 1, 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter. The position reports to the market manager.
