The role at Mindcore

As Mindcore's new Microsoft 365 Consultant you will be responsible for advising customers as well as implementing and optimizing their Microsoft/Office 365 products based on your professional areas of expertise.

You ensure that customers receive the greatest possible value from their solutions. This includes the possibility to work with the entire Microsoft 365 suite, including governance and security. Examples of concrete tasks can be:

• To provide technical sparring and advisory support in relation to one or more subcomponents of the Microsoft 365 suite
• To implement/optimize the customers’ solutions so they get maximum value from their Microsoft/Office 365 investment
• To ensure and strengthen integration across the customers’ Microsoft/Office 365 products
• To ensure optimal protection and security in the solutions

About you

You love Microsoft technologies with specialized knowledge about one or more Microsoft/Office 365 products. This means that you have been involved in everything from technical sparring and advisory to implementation, deployment and ongoing migration to the latest components and solutions (Evergreen IT).

You also have experience from both on-premise and cloud solutions, which enables you to act as a competent advisor in relation to customers’ various hybrid environments. We therefore imagine that you contribute with knowledge about one or more of the following areas:

• Microsoft 365 and Office 365
• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft OneDrive
• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
• Conditional Access, MFA
• Azure Active Directory & Azure AD Connect

Personally, you rely on your professionality with a great passion for creating tangible results for customers. You are good at analyzing, understanding and communicating complex issues with high integrity to both a technical and a business-oriented audience.
