The role at Mindcore

As Mindcore's new consultant you will be responsible for migrating and integrating customers' existing solutions with Microsoft 365, so they achieve the highest possible value in their solutions. Examples of concrete tasks can include:

• Configuring and advising on Exchange Online/Microsoft 365
• Ensuring optimal protection and security
• Assisting customers with issues related to data leaks
• Integrating case management systems
• Assisting customers with mail-flow in relation to third-party solutions
• Assisting with advanced troubleshooting
• Migration
• Ensuring and strengthening the integration to other Microsoft 365 services

About you

You love Microsoft technologies and have specialized knowledge about Exchange Online. More specifically you have experience from both on-premise, cloud and hybrid solutions with everything from technical sparring and consulting to implementation and, in particular, optimization of solutions.

We therefore imagine that you contribute knowledge about the following areas

• Office 365/Microsoft 365
• Exchange Online
• Exchange Online Protection (EOP)
• DKIM, DMARC and SPF, integration and security
• DNS and PowerShell
• Archiving, Autodiscover and licenses
• Office 365 Message Encryption and Information Protection

On a personal level you stand firm in your professional expertise with a strong passion for delivering tangible results for customers. You are good at analyzing, understanding and communicating complex problems with high integrity to both a technical and a business-oriented audience.

Mindcore is a specialized IT consulting house that was founded by four partners in 2018. We employ 50 people and are in continued growth. As a Microsoft Solution Partner we assist some of Denmark’s largest companies with complex solutions related to the company’s core infrastructure. This includes services related to Modern Workplace, security/compliance, cloud, infrastructure and transformations.
