Consultant, Microsoft Infrastructure Architect

The role at Mindcore

As Mindcore's new Microsoft infrastructure architect you will be responsible for advising customers to ensure together the solution that best fits the customers' overall infrastructure.

It will be your responsibility, in consultation with the customers, to map the overall project taking into account the existing infrastructure as well as the customers' future wishes. In this work you provide honest and qualified advice with clear recommendations that build trust and security for the customers.

You break projects down into smaller parts that can be delegated to the relevant specialists at us but also to the customer's own people. You estimate and qualify the individual efforts and ensure they are carried out in the right sequence and with the right quality.

Your broad knowledge of the Microsoft suite combined with your technical competencies means that you can advise customers on the entire project lifecycle from scoping to implementation, where you act as a sparring partner for the customer as well as the technical specialists.

As a Microsoft infrastructure architect at Mindcore you will work with the entire Microsoft 365 suite, including governance and security. Depending on your technical qualifications, you will also participate as a delivering consultant on parts of the implementation.

Your duties are (not exhaustive)

• To provide advice and technical sparring in relation to all parts of the customers' total infrastructure, including governance
• To scope the projects in close consultation with the customer and Mindcore's specialists
• To prepare roadmaps for the individual projects
• To implement/optimize the customers' solutions so they get maximum value from their Microsoft/Office 365 investment
• To ensure progress and quality throughout the project lifecycle
• To ensure and strengthen integration across the customers' Microsoft/Office 365 products
• To ensure optimal protection and security in the solutions

About you

You love Microsoft technologies and also have a broad understanding of the entire Microsoft suite and the related integrations. You also ideally have specialized knowledge of one or more Microsoft/Office 365 products, where you have been involved in everything from technical sparring and advising to implementation, deployment and ongoing conversion to the latest components and solutions. Finally you have experience from both on-premise and cloud solutions, which enables you to act as a competent advisor in relation to the customers' various hybrid environments.

On a personal level you rely on your professional expertise with a strong passion for creating tailored solutions that deliver tangible results for customers. You are good at analyzing complex issues and can communicate the corresponding solution designs with high integrity tailored to a technical as well as business-oriented audience, both in writing and speaking.

You enjoy sharing knowledge with your colleagues, and you work in a structured way with a strong sense of pride in the quality of your own and the team's deliverables, just as you believe genuine value comes from open and honest collaboration.
