The role at Mindcore

As Mindcore's new Windows 365 Consultant you will become part of our Windows 365 team, which advises and implements the solution at our customers.

Thus you ensure that customers get the greatest possible value from their solution. You will join the customers' Cloud PC journey from start to finish, and we therefore expect you to have a clear stance and experience regarding Enterprise use of the solution. Examples of concrete tasks include:

• Providing technical sparring and advisory related to Windows 365 implementations
• Implementing/optimizing customers' Windows 365 solutions so they get maximum value from their Microsoft/Office 365 investment
• Ensuring and strengthening integration and interaction across the customers' existing IT infrastructure
• Ensuring optimal protection and security in the solutions
• Migrating from similar existing solutions

About you

You love Microsoft technologies with specialized knowledge of Windows 365. This means you have been involved in everything from technical sparring and advisory to implementation, deployment and ongoing maintenance of Windows 365 or related technologies from Microsoft, VMware, Citrix or similar. At the same time we expect you to have experience with management or administration via Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).

Additionally, you have experience from both on-premise and cloud solutions, which enables you to act as a competent advisor in relation to customers' hybrid environments. We therefore imagine that you contribute with knowledge in one or more of the areas below:

• Microsoft 365 and Office 365
• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft OneDrive
• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
• Conditional Access and MFA
• Azure Active Directory & Active Directory
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)

On a personal level you stand firm in your professional expertise with a great passion for creating measurable results for customers. You are good at analyzing, understanding and communicating complex issues with high integrity to both a technical and a business-oriented audience.
