About the job

Would you like time to build relationships, work with high professional standards and support young people through an important period in their lives?

Then Kildevæld might be your new workplace.

Kildevæld is a temporary residential offer under the Social Services Act § 107 and is part of the Center for Temporary and Independent Living Arrangements in the Social Administration. At the Kildevæld residential facility we work every day to strengthen young people's quality of life, development and options to live an independent life. As a contact person you will play a central role in supporting young people aged 18 to 30 with psychological difficulties, so they can move into their own housing in due course.

Here you get time for what makes the biggest difference

The most important tool in your work is the relationship.

As a contact person you follow the young person through a longer process and support them in developing social skills, managing everyday life and getting closer to education or employment. The goal is that the young person, within one and a half to two years, is ready to move into their own home.

With us you have plenty of time for presence, and you get great freedom to plan the work together with the young person. We believe that the best results are created through trusting relationships, professional reflections and an effort that takes the individual's needs as a starting point.

We work among other things with TBT, NADA, Low Arousal and the recovery-/rehabilitation approach. If you have experience with other methods or theories, they are also welcome, as long as they support the core task.

You will become part of a work community where we help each other.

At Kildevæld high professionalism and a good working environment are closely linked.

We spar with each other, share our experiences and help each other when tasks become complex. There is room for humor, engagement and different professional perspectives here, because we know that the best solutions arise in collaboration.

You will receive a thorough introduction to the work at Kildevæld and in social psychiatry, and you will be met by visible and present leadership who prioritizes your professional development. At the same time we have a high staffing level, so you never stand alone with difficult decisions.

We imagine that you

  • are educated as a pedagogue, social worker or have a similar social-professional education
  • thrive with relationship work and are motivated to support young people in their development
  • collaborate across professional boundaries with respect for different professional perspectives
  • maintain overview and calm, even when everyday life becomes complex
  • can document your work (we work in Domus)
  • actively contribute to a good working environment with engagement, humor and job satisfaction
  • meet the young people with presence, clarity and respect, even when you need to motivate or set boundaries.

Therefore you should choose Kildevæld

With us you get, among other things

  • plenty of time for presence and relationship work
  • a high staffing level, where you never stand alone with difficult decisions
  • dedicated colleagues who help each other and lift together
  • visible and present leadership
  • opportunity for influence and participation
  • professional development and training opportunities
  • a thorough introduction to the work at Kildvæld and social psychiatry
  • a workplace with high well-being, strong professionalism and focus on professional pride.
