Controller for AML

We are looking for an AML Specialist who not only follows the rules – but understands them, challenges them and helps make them sharper.

What will you be doing?

Your day-to-day will be hands-on and varied. You dive into transactions, spot patterns and identify what does not fit. You drive investigations from start to finish, document your findings and ensure that everything meets the requirements. At the same time you help push our setup forward – both when it comes to controls, processes and the way we work.

• You analyze transactions and detect risks before they become problems
• You handle alarms and translate data into well-documented cases
• You report relevant matters and contribute to high quality in our deliverables
• You challenge and improve the way we work with AML
• You work closely with Compliance, Risk and the rest of the organization

Who are you?

You already have experience with AML, KYC or compliance – and you know what it takes. You like to connect the dots, see patterns in complex data and go in depth when required.

You work in a structured way, and have an eye for detail without losing the overview. And you thrive in an environment where you both take responsibility and help others perform at their best.

We imagine that you

• Have a relevant education in finance, law, economics or similar
• Have worked in a bank, financial institution or advisory environment
• Are familiar with AML regulation and risk assessment in practice
• Have experience with corporate customers and complex cases
• Are comfortable with systems and data (e.g. Excel and AML tools)
• Communicate fluently in Danish and English
