About the position

As a chef at Hvalpsund Færgekro you will be responsible for preparing and presenting delicious dishes that take pride in fresh ingredients and creative flavor combinations. You will work closely with our team to ensure a high standard and a good experience for our guests.

Your tasks

• Preparation and presentation of à la carte dishes as well as event menus.
• Ensure high quality and presentation of the food.
• Participate in menu planning and development of new dishes.
• Maintain hygiene standards and kitchen cleanliness.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff for efficient operation.

We expect

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a chef, preferably with experience from à la carte and events.
• Passion for cooking and interest in developing your skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
• Creativity and flair for creating new dishes.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene control.
