Restaurant Nordatlanten is seeking a skilled chef who wants to join our kitchen and be part of an exciting journey, where we develop the restaurant, our gastronomy and our North Atlantic profile.

A kitchen with room for your ideas

Restaurant Nordatlanten is located at Odense Harbour in Nordatlantisk House. Our kitchen is based on Greenland, Iceland and the Faroe Islands, but interpreted with a modern, creative and gastronomic perspective. We work with North Atlantic ingredients, seasons and techniques, while also drawing inspiration from the classic French kitchen.

We are looking for someone who

• is a trained chef with experience from a professional kitchen
• is passionate about gastronomy, good ingredients and high quality
• is curious and eager to develop themselves and think creatively
• can work in a structured way and maintain an overview when it gets busy
• can mentor apprentices and provide training
• wants to explore North Atlantic ingredients and flavor universes
• takes responsibility and actively contributes to a good working environment
• is a good colleague who values teamwork and a positive atmosphere
• is flexible with evening and weekend work

You don't need to know everything in advance. The most important is that you have professional pride, curiosity and a desire to help create something.
