Cook – Danish Cuisine | Gredsted, Esbjerg Area

We are looking for an experienced cook for a restaurant in Gredsted, near Esbjerg.

The position is suitable for a skilled cook with professional kitchen experience and good knowledge of Danish cuisine . You should be able to work independently, maintain high food quality, and cooperate well with the rest of the kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing traditional Danish dishes
• Preparing ingredients and cooking meals
• Ensuring consistent food quality and presentation
• Organising and maintaining your workstation
• Keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic
• Following food safety and kitchen hygiene procedures
• Working efficiently during busy service periods

Requirements

• Previous professional experience as a cook is required
• Experience with Danish cuisine is necessary
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
• Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks
• Reliability and a responsible approach to work
• Good teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment

Employment Conditions

Location: Gredsted, Esbjerg area, Denmark

Salary: DKK 30,000 per month

Working hours: 37 hours per week

Start date: ASAP

Employment type: Permanent
