A small kitchen with a high gastronomic level

At Company House in Kolding you will become part of a small two-person kitchen team that prepares lunch for around 90 guests every day. In addition, we provide meeting catering, and there is generally a lot happening in the house – so although the kitchen is small, the tasks are many and varied.

We work at a high gastronomic level and place emphasis on good craftsmanship, quality and flavor. In a two-person team you will play an important role in the kitchen with responsibility, independence and close collaboration with your colleague.

With us you are not tied to a single function. We rotate between the different sections, so you get a varied workday and the opportunity to use multiple aspects of your chef’s craft.

Your tasks

As a chef you will be an important part of the daily operations. You will among other things:

• Prepare and plate lunch for our approx. 90 daily guests
• Handle different sections and participate in the kitchen rotation
• Prepare and plate meeting catering
• Contribute ideas and good craftsmanship to daily production
• Ensure high quality and good dining experiences for our guests
• Keep an overview and stay ahead of the day’s tasks
• Help across the board when needed

Who are we looking for?

We imagine you are a trained chef, but that is not a requirement. The most important is that you have relevant experience from a professional kitchen and solid kitchen craft.
