Restaurant Martino is located at Marselisborg Marina, with the finest view over Aarhus Bay. This gem, with a southern European vibe, is located 2 km from Åen and Aarhus C’s vibrant city life. The maritime restaurant is characterized by a relaxed, cozy and pleasant atmosphere. With the sea view, this dining place is an ideal retreat from the bustle of the city center. Everyday life consists of both à la carte and events – from calm days to periods with high tempo and many guests.

Duties

• Preparation of à la carte and banquet menus
• Participation in the kitchen's daily operations, including backing, lunch- and dinner service, as well as event service
• Cleaning, stock ordering and self-inspection
• Collaboration with colleagues in a busy environment

We expect that you

• Are a professionally trained chef or have several years of experience as an unskilled cook
• Lead by example and take responsibility in practice
• Have knowledge of food hygiene and procedures
• Are reliable, flexible and positive
• Speak Danish or English

• Good working hours and shift pattern – typically 10:00–22:00 in a 4/3 rotation
• Salary according to qualifications
