Then you may be our new chef or caterer in the canteen at Novo in Måløv.

Every day we prepare food for about 1,100 guests who visit our buffets and cafe – while also providing meeting catering throughout the day.

That means there is a busy kitchen, and that good craftsmanship, structure and collaboration are essential for us to succeed. We take pride in the quality of what we make and work every day to give our many guests a good dining experience.

You will become part of a strong team of 20 colleagues including yourself, where we help each other, share knowledge and work closely together on the daily operations.

Your daily life in the kitchen

As a chef or caterer you will have a diverse day, where you work across the hot kitchen, the vegetarian kitchen, the cold kitchen and the salad kitchen together with the rest of the team.

We rotate between the areas so you get variety in your day and the opportunity to use and develop different aspects of your trade.

Your tasks will include

• Prepare and plate food for our buffets and cafe
• Participate in rotation between the kitchen's different areas
• Take independent responsibility for your tasks and deliver high quality
• Collaborate closely with your colleagues on daily operations
• Meet our guests with a smile and good service
• Contribute to a good flow and a well-functioning daily life in the kitchen

Who are we looking for?

You are a trained chef or caterer and, like us, take pride in good culinary craft. You thrive both with independent responsibility and being part of a team where you help each other and together make everyday life work.

• A permanent position of 37 hours per week
• Good working hours on weekdays 06:30-14:30 and 07:00-14:30 – with time off in the afternoon and on weekends
