Cook sought for a cozy inn – fixed schedule and meals made from scratch

Are you a chef, and do you miss a kitchen where real food is still made from scratch, and where you also know your shift schedule?

For a cozy and well-run inn in Odense municipality, FLAIR is looking for an experienced chef who wants to become part of a small, permanent kitchen team of three.

About the job

Here the focus is on classic Danish food, good ingredients and quality. There is work with both à la carte and banquets, and throughout the year various events and theme evenings are held – for example game evenings and special menus around holidays.

You will have a varied daily life in a smaller kitchen, where you work closely together and help each other.

Working hours

Work according to a fixed, rotating duty roster, so you know your shifts well in advance.

• Shifts typically run 11.30–22.00
• You work 3–4 days per week
• You work every other weekend

We are looking for someone who

• is a trained chef with relevant experience
• has experience with à la carte and banquets
• thrives on classic Danish food and cooking from scratch
• can work independently and also function well in a small team
• takes pride in quality, good craftsmanship and a nice presentation
• is stable, engaged and contributes positively to the kitchen
• can present a clean criminal record
