ABOUT THE POSITION

You will become part of the daily operations in the kitchen and take a central role in collaborating with the rest of the kitchen team.

Depending on your experience and your ambitions you will have the opportunity to take responsibility as sous chef and help set the direction in everyday life.

Your tasks will include

• Preparation and plating with focus on quality and consistency
• Planning and structuring of the daily production
• Ensuring good working processes and efficient operation
• Receiving goods, self-control and quality assurance
• Training and development of apprentices and colleagues
• Active participation in development of dishes and menus
• Leading by example and contributing to a strong collaboration in the kitchen

• Are a trained chef
• Have a high professional standard and take pride in your craft

• Are a team player with positive energy
• Take responsibility and look for solutions rather than problems

• Ideally have experience with leadership – but not a requirement
