Hotel Årslev kro has a long history and has over time had several owners. Since 2013 we have been part of Danske Hoteller A/S.

Today the inn has 78 motel- and hotel rooms, six function rooms, five meeting rooms and an a la carte restaurant with seating for approx. 76 guests. We host both large and small parties, courses and conferences, and the restaurant is well attended by both hotel guests and external guests.

Although the inn has been modernized several times and has a central location, we still preserve the idyllic atmosphere of a classic country inn where coziness is at the forefront. Old pictures of the inn's history adorn the walls in both the reception and the restaurant.

About you, we would like to see

• You are ambitious and passionate about your work, and you are eager to service our guests at a high level.
• You are a trained chef and have experience from a similar position - preferably with both a la carte, buffet and banquet events, but not required
• You naturally keep an overview in busy periods and are able to find the extra gear when it is necessary.
• You are a team player with a ready smile for both guests and colleagues
• You pay attention to detail, are punctual and ready with good ideas and inputs
• You work efficiently and in a structured way and are generally solution- and action-oriented
• You can work independently and be part of putting your own mark on things
• You see shift work as an advantage and are flexible regarding working hours.
