Coordinator for Retail - 10-month temporary position

Do you want to ensure ongoing communication, follow-up and structure towards Norlys’ 32 stores?

As our current colleague goes on maternity leave, we are seeking a coordinator in a 10-month temporary position for the Retail team in Ørestad, who wants to create overview, keep track of daily tasks and ensure that the stores have the information and support they need.

Support the everyday life in 32 Norlys stores

As a coordinator you will be the link between Retail HQ and our stores. You help keep information, processes and systems up to date so everyday life works as well as possible for colleagues out in the stores.

You will have a daily life with many different contact surfaces across Norlys. Some tasks are about keeping track of details, while others require you to reach out to colleagues or suppliers to find the right answers.

Your tasks will include

• Maintain and update processes and workflows for Retail
• Prepare and update guides that stores can use in their daily operations
• Coordinate communication between Retail HQ and the stores, including newsletters
• Keep supplier catalogs up to date so stores have access to the latest information
• Handle support email and help to find solutions to questions from the stores
• Manage supplier contact and assist with ordering goods
• Ongoing maintenance of our systems and support the transition to Salesforce

…can come from different backgrounds. Maybe you have worked in a store and would like to try your hand at the administrative tasks behind the scenes. Maybe you have experience with coordination or administration from an entirely different industry.

The most important is that you thrive on creating structure and following up on things. You are curious and proactive, and if you don’t know the answer, you will find out who can help you. You have the courage to contact colleagues across the organization and follow up when needed.

You do not need to be able to do it all from the first day. We place more weight on your approach to the tasks, your willingness to learn about systems and processes, and your ability to make things happen.
