About the job
At the Leadership Competence Center we help leaders develop every day. As a course coordinator you will play a central role in ensuring that our courses run well from start to finish – from the first registration to the last feedback.
You will be the one who creates an overview, makes the details add up, and ensures a professional and good experience for participants, instructors and partners alike.
About you
You do not need many years of experience. The most important thing is that you are passionate about delivering good service, thrive on keeping track of the details and want to be part of a strong team.
We imagine that you
- Have experience with administration, preferably within education, conferences or a similar area. The most important is your approach, your commitment and your desire to learn – not the title of your education.
- Work in a structured way, have a sense for detail and are meticulous with data quality.
- Take responsibility, work independently and maintain an overview – even when it is busy.
- Have a desire to advise and collaborate with customers based on their needs.
- Are quick to learn new IT systems and are familiar with MS Office and Excel.
- Have good numerical understanding, as you will work with invoicing and follow-up on course finances.
- Write clearly and correctly Danish and are comfortable with telephone customer contact.
Your role
You will have an overview of the daily operation of our courses and become an important link between participants, instructors and course venues. It is you who helps to ensure that participants are ready, the instructors have what they need, and that everything works when the course starts.
In daily work you will, among other things
- Plan courses in the schedule and set them up correctly in our course systems – HubSpot and Planorama as well as Microsoft Dynamics CRM during a transition period.
- Handle registrations, changes and cancellations.
- Take care of invoicing and administrative follow-up.
- Prepare course materials in our digital learning universe Moodle and for physical courses.
- Oversee the technical execution of virtual meetings.
- Maintain ongoing contact with participants, instructors and course venues.
- Contribute to improving our work processes. We want to hear what you see, and you will have a real opportunity to help develop how we do things.
You will be part of an education team and work closely with the rest of the Competence Center, where we are about 30 colleagues. We help each other and find solutions across.
There will be periods with many deadlines and high tempo. Therefore it is important to us that no one is left alone with the tasks, and that we pull together when the pressure is on. You will be part of a team where we help each other, share knowledge and together ensure that the tasks are completed successfully.
