About the job

Are you a nurse or SSA – newly graduated or experienced – and would you like to make a difference for people with affective mental disorders? Then we need you for either day/night shifts or a fixed night shift.

A meaningful everyday life

With us you have the opportunity to use your professional skills in a department where presence, safety and the relationship to the patients are at the center.

As a night nurse you will have an important role in creating calm and security around the patients and support a good night's sleep. We work with calming methods based on Recovery- and Safewards strategies. In addition, the night's tasks include:

  • Medication administration
  • Documentation in Sundhedsplatformen
  • Practical tasks
  • To contribute positively to the interdisciplinary collaboration across departments

As a day shift your tasks will consist of follow-up on the individual's treatment plan, medication, motivation for daily activities, participation in medical rounds and involvement with relatives etc.

An department with professionalism and room for each other

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where we prioritise professionalism, collaboration and well-being.

We believe that a good working environment is created together, and that strong relationships, present leadership and attention to each other contribute to this. You are never alone – you are always on shift with good colleagues both day and night.

With us there is room for both the newly graduated, who is curious and wants to develop, and the experienced, who comes with knowledge and skills we can spar with. Whether you have just graduated or have many years of experience, we ensure you get a good start. We ensure a thorough introduction based on our Onboarding, as well as relevant courses, so you are well equipped for the tasks and daily life with us.

Opportunity to influence your work life

We know that working life must fit with life outside work. Therefore you have influence on both number of hours and working time, which we try to adapt to your wishes and needs.

You can choose between a combination of day and night shifts or fixed night shift, where working hours will be:

  • Day shift: 7:00-15:00
  • Night shift: 22:45-07:15
  • Weekend shift: Every 2nd or 3rd weekend
