CRM & Email Marketing Specialist for Vinhuset

Until now, an agency has handled our emails. Now we are bringing it in-house. We want the whole marketing team under one roof and to decide ourselves where we should go. Therefore we are looking for someone who wants to take email and CRM under their wings and make it their own.

Who are we?

We are Vinhuset and Bevco. At Vinhuset we mainly sell wine, and at Bevco you’ll find spirits, beer, water and much more. We have webshops in five countries and primarily sell to private individuals, but also to businesses.

We are about 50 colleagues and in the middle of a growth journey that we intend to continue. In marketing we are four today, including our CMO, so you will become number five. We are a young team with an informal daily life, and when we have a good idea, it doesn’t take long before we test it. Therefore you will also have real influence on where we are headed.

What will you be doing?

In short, email and CRM will be your area. You will think strategy, plan campaigns and newsletters, and ensure that our automated flows reach the customer with the right message at the right time, across our five markets.

You won’t start completely from scratch. Our agency has built part of the foundation, and you will take that over. The rest is up to you: what should be kept, what should be rebuilt, and what is missing altogether?

Your daily work will include, among other things

• Plan and send newsletters and campaign emails to our markets
• Build and optimize automated flows, e.g., welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back
• Segment our customers so that each individual receives content that fits them
• Test subject lines, content and timing and use the results to learn
• Get more people to sign up for our newsletter
• Monitor metrics, e.g., revenue, click-through rates and list growth, and share insights with the team

You will work closely with the rest of the marketing team and our partners. When the department is busy, you are also not shy about lending a hand, e.g., for a campaign or a busy season leading up to Christmas.

Is that you?

You don’t need to be able to tell Barolo from Bordeaux. But you must be able to tell a good flow from a bad one. We imagine you will:

• Have solid experience with newsletters, campaign emails and building flows
• Have worked in Klaviyo and know it inside out
• Have a good grasp of segmentation, testing and the key numbers within email
• Love having your own area, but also be good at being on a team with us and with people outside
• Think creatively and enjoy trying something that hasn’t been seen before

It’s a plus if you have experience with Shopify or have worked with Meta or Google Ads with an annual ad budget of at least DKK 1 million.

The position is full-time (37 hours per week), and you report to our CMO.

We hope you can start on 1 December 2026 or 1 January 2027, but we would rather wait a bit for the right person.
