Responsibilities

• Project management of CTS projects from start-up to delivery
• Coordination of installers, programmers, subcontractors and other partners
• Budget responsibility and financial follow-up
• Customer contact and participation in construction meetings
• Planning of resources and schedules
• Technical sparring on CTS systems (Schneider, Tridium, Trend, Honeywell)
• Quality assurance, documentation and delivery
• Contribute to energy optimization and sustainable solutions
• Identification and handling of risks and deviations throughout the project lifecycle

Your background

You are motivated to achieve results through collaboration and have both the technical overview and the business understanding to lead complex projects safely to completion.

We imagine that you

• Have experience with CTS and building automation
• Have experience in project management within CTS, automation or technical installations
• Have a technical background as an electrician, automation technician, machine engineer, engineer or similar
• Have an understanding of project economics and planning
• Are autonomous, structured and results-oriented
• Have good communication and collaboration skills
• Have knowledge of networks and IT
• Have a driving license class B
