Cube Design seeks a Sales Coordinator

Would you like to help give our customers a good experience – from the first question to follow-up about delivery? We are seeking a sales coordinator who can create an overview, follow up, and find good solutions for our customers.

You will become part of a team that handles customer service and order processing across our markets. We work closely with customers, consultants and production to ensure that orders are delivered as agreed.

Your main tasks will be to

• answer customer inquiries by phone and email
• prepare quotes and process orders
• provide administrative support to our consultants and selected markets
• handle complaints with a focus on a good customer experience
• follow up on orders and keep an overview of stock and delivery

We imagine that you

• have an office-based education or equivalent experience
• have worked with customer service, preferably in an international manufacturing company
• work in a structured, efficient way with attention to detail
• are good at coordinating and finding solutions for customers
• speak and write Danish and English, possibly German.

Experience with Dynamics 365 and good German language skills are an advantage but not required. We also have contact with Norwegian customers, so you should thrive in a role that crosses languages and markets.
