Customer Advisor for Fynske Bank in Odense (Tech Town)

For our department in Odense, we are looking for a new colleague who wants to be part of our team. We are experiencing a significant influx of customers, and therefore we are seeking a skilled advisor who wants to join the team. You will take responsibility for a smaller customer portfolio, and it is important that you want to advise new customers from the Odense area and thereby contribute to the department's further growth.

Odense department is part of Region Odense, which consists of three departments (Nyborg, Assens and Odense). The region consists of about 40 highly motivated employees, where job satisfaction is at the top.

The private banking department opened its doors in late 2014 and is located at Tech Town centrally in Odense. The house is shared with the region's business center, which is why we are 24 colleagues in the building on a daily basis. There is full speed on the activity level in the department, and colleagues participate in many different creative and unusual customer events to reach out to customers.

About the job

You will take responsibility for a smaller existing customer portfolio, where there is room to handle the department's many customer inquiries about new relationships and to prospect new customers from the Odense area. As we in Odense also experience an increasing influx of corporate customers and thus owner-managed customers, you will, together with a colleague, have the primary responsibility for the private finances of corporate customers. You must, based on our unique advisory concept, provide customers with qualified sparring and advice, resulting in good needs-based solutions and experiences

About you

You have a financial education, and you have experience as a customer advisor with strong competencies in advising on housing, pension and investment and are strong in the credit area. It is an advantage if you also have experience with private advisory for corporate customers.
