On behalf of Andelskassen, Moment Search & Selection is seeking two customer advisors for Private Banking for a new advisory center in Kolding. Here you get a unique opportunity to help put Andelskassen clearly on the map in a town with great potential and many exciting activities.

The position is for you who are motivated by building something from the ground up and being part of the bank's ambitious growth journey. You can therefore look forward to a daily life with pace, influence and development – initially in inspiring premises at Kolding IF (KIF), where an energetic environment and access to Skybox Lounge create good conditions for both collaboration and strong customer experiences. Later, the advisory center will move to new premises with state-of-the-art facilities to deliver top-class advice.

The advisory center opens under the leadership of center director Martin Smed – an experienced and trustworthy leader with a clear direction and a pragmatic approach to “building while flying.” As one of the first on the team, you will have a unique opportunity to shape daily life in the center – from close customer advisory to building a strong team culture, where Andelskassen's values become a natural part of the foundation.

Your tasks will include

• Build and develop your own client portfolio through proactive efforts, networking and relevant events
• Nurture and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers
• Advise customers broadly about their finances – from retirement and investment to housing and daily finances
• Contribute both professionally and socially to the development of the new advisory center and a strong team culture

Who are you?

The team in Kolding needs to be formed, so there may be several entry paths into the role. We imagine, however, that you are a private banker – preferably supplemented with a wealth adviser qualification – and have several years of experience advising private clients. Most important is that you can see yourself in a strong relationship-driven bank, where advising always starts from the customer's individual needs and is based on a solid basis for decisions. It is also an advantage if you already have a good network in Kolding and the surrounding area.

As a person, you are approachable, proactive and empathetic – qualities that make you strong in dealing with people and capable of building trust and long-lasting relationships. You have drive and a pioneer spirit that makes you thrive on taking ownership and creating results from day one.
