As a Customer Care employee, you will be part of our fantastic customer service team, which is in contact with our customers 7 days a week. We expect great flexibility, and the working hours for this position will fall within 09:00 to 22:00 from Monday to Sunday. Specifically, the typical intervals are 12:00-17:00/16:00-22:00 on weekdays and 09:00-17:00 on weekends - the rota is assembled so that you reach an average of 25 hours per week.

You will be responsible for helping our customers with questions, shipping, problems and payment. Your main task will be to communicate with customers on the phone. In addition, you will handle tasks in close cooperation with, among others, our warehouse and finance department.

We will weigh the following competencies

• You have experience in the service industry, either in the form of customer service or similar.
• Strong service-oriented communication skills both in writing and speech, Danish and English are a must. If you can speak Polish, Dutch, Finnish, Icelandic, Norwegian or German, that will be a GREAT advantage.
