Customer Sales Supporter – Be the link between customers and T1A

Then you might be our new colleague.

We are looking for a service-minded colleague for our customer service team in Allerød. You will become an important part of customers' experience of T1A and the link between our customers and colleagues.

In short: You ensure that tasks are completed and that the customer feels well taken care of.

What does the job involve?

Your tasks come from private customers, large international distributors and your colleagues.

You have customer contact every day, both by phone and email, but a large part of the job is also administrative case handling across sales, production and warehouse.

Sometimes you need to answer individual questions, while other times you need to handle an order, a complaint or a delivery that requires extra attention.

Your tasks will include

• creation and follow-up on customer orders
• handling of complaints, RMA cases and exchanges
• customer service and support via phone and email
• creation of production orders and coordination with production and warehouse
• support to our sales team
• maintenance of customer and product data

Who are you?

You take ownership of your tasks, follow them through to completion and ensure that the customer gets a proper answer, even when the solution requires involving several colleagues.

You listen, take responsibility and try to find a solution that is best for the customer.

We imagine that you

• are approachable, positive and provide good customer service
• take responsibility and follow your tasks through to the end
• can maintain an overview when the phone rings, the inbox grows, and several tasks must be solved simultaneously
• work in a structured way and have a sense for details
• are good at collaborating across departments
• communicate confidently in Danish and English, both spoken and written

You have an education within customer service, sales support, back office or order handling.

Know a ERP system, perhaps Navision, is a plus.
