Customer service and sales associate

At KOMPOSITlageret and SPAlageret we are looking for an engaged and structured employee for a diverse role in administration, customer service and sales. You will become an important part of a busy department, where days are rarely the same, and where new tasks continuously arise.

We are a smaller company, and you will therefore have an important role in daily operations. You will get close to both customers, colleagues and management, and there is little delay from idea to action.

Your main tasks will be

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Advising customers about our products and solutions
• Preparation and follow-up on offers

We imagine that you

• Thrive in a dynamic daily life with many balls in the air
• Are service-minded and have a professional approach to customers
• Work in a structured way and keep an overview – even when it is busy
• Have good communication skills, both written and spoken
• It is a plus if you have experience with customer service and/or sales, but it is not a requirement
