CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Would you like to work at the interface between customers, salespeople and our operations organization? Then we are seeking an efficient Customer Service Assistant with a strong service mindset and attention to detail to strengthen our Customer Service team.

The Job

You can look forward to an exciting and varied daily life in a busy and ambitious company, where your tasks are focused on good and efficient customer service as well as order and inquiry handling.

Your main tasks will include

• Customer service to Danish and international customers
• Backup for our external salespeople
• Creation of proposals
• Entry and processing of customer orders
• Follow-up on orders and deliveries
• Coordination with internal departments
• Handling of customer inquiries and requests by email and phone

The tasks require a solution-oriented approach, and you will have broad contact across Logistics, Sales and Supply Chain.

You will be part of a team of 8 employees in Customer Service, where we help each other, share knowledge and lift the tasks in a collaborative way.

The workplace is Gelsted on the west of Funen.

Qualifications

We imagine that you

• Have experience from a similar position, preferably in an order-fulfillment company
• Have good process understanding and know the importance of coordination and information flow
• Have experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Are familiar with Outlook and generally have an interest in IT tools
• Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
• Would preferably master one or more additional foreign languages

As a person you are service-minded, outgoing and good at communicating. You work in a structured and efficient manner, keeping an overview in a busy day.

At the same time you take responsibility for your tasks and contribute positively to the collaboration with commitment and good humor.
