THE JOB

Are you service-minded and passionate about helping others - then you have a fantastic opportunity to become part of an exciting company.

Your primary task is to answer and handle telephone and email customer inquiries – and ensure the overall customer experience by:

• Answer inquiries
• Assist and support
• Register cases in various systems
• Ensure collaboration and dialogue with your colleagues and other teams

QUALIFICATIONS

• Secondary education or similar
• Languages :
• Danish and English at a high level in writing and speaking
• Additional languages are a plus, but not required

EXPERIENCE

6-12 months of experience in the service area, customer service, support or similar.
