As a Fitbit customer support agent with Danish and English you will be part of a strong team, where you must:

• Help users with their problems via support cases or phone calls.
• Answer questions about daily use of devices with individualized solutions and a focus on the customer's needs.
• Identify recurring problems and bugs from users' inquiries and forward them to your team leaders.
• Collaborate with a dedicated, international team of service-minded colleagues.

We expect you to

• Speak and write Danish for daily communication with customers.
• Have good English skills at B1 level or equivalent for training and internal communication.
• Have basic knowledge of the use and features of iOS and Android.
• Show empathy.
• Want to help customers as best as possible and contribute to the team's success as a good team player.
• Be results-oriented in your work.
• Have a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Seek a long-term employment.
