As a Fitbit customer support agent with Danish and English you will become part of a strong team where you will:

• Help users with their issues via support cases or phone calls.
• Answer questions about the daily use of devices with individual solutions and a focus on the customer's needs.
• Identify recurring problems and faults from users' inquiries and forward them to your team leaders.
• Collaborate with a dedicated, international team of service-minded colleagues.

We expect that you

• Speak and write Danish for daily communication with customers.
• Have good English skills at B1 level or equivalent for training and internal communication.
• Have basic knowledge of using and features of iOS and Android.
• Demonstrate empathy.
• Wish to help customers as best as possible and contribute to the team's success as a good team player.
• Are results-oriented in your work.
• Have a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Are seeking a long-term employment.
