Customer Service Representative / Digital Trust & Safety Specialist – Sofia, Bulgaria

Danish-speaking candidates are sought for positions in customer service and digital content moderation in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The work includes either customer service for Danish customers via phone, chat and email or review and moderation of digital content .

You will receive thorough on-the-job training at the office, and no prior experience is required — just good communication skills and a desire to work in an international environment.

💼 Tasks

• Handling customer inquiries and support (inbound calls, email and chat)
• Help for Danish customers with questions about products, accounts or orders
• Alternatively: evaluation and moderation of online content in accordance with internal guidelines
• Collaboration with colleagues in a multicultural team

📋 Qualifications

• Good Danish language skills and solid knowledge of English
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach
• Ready to live and work in Sofia

💰 Salary and terms

• Monthly salary: 3,000–4,100 BGN gross , depending on position and experience
• Full-time contract (40 hours per week)
• On-site training (2–6 weeks)

• Up to 21 days of hotel or apartment stay paid by the company
• Assistance in finding an apartment in Sofia
• 300 BGN gross housing allowance per month

For Digital Trust & Safety positions

• Hotel or shared apartment (up to 21 days)
• Relocation bonus of €1,500 , paid in two installments after start
