Recruitment ID: 3041
Employment type: Full-time
Location: København SV, DK, 2450
Department: Chapter CX Data & Analysis - p&a
Gjensidige has its roots in Norway and a history dating back to 1816. Today we are a leading Nordic insurance company with around 4,600 employees in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Together we ensure life, health and values, and we go to work to be there when it counts – for our customers, for each other and for society.
CX Specialist for Private Tribe at Gjensidige – with a strong focus on operations and execution (Maternity cover)
Are you passionate about ensuring stable and effective operation of campaign activities? Do you thrive working in a structured, data-driven way and close to the business – and being the one who keeps the engine running safely every day? Then you might be our new maternity cover for our role as
CX Specialist
in Growth DK – a central part of Gjensidige Private Tribe.
The insurance industry is rapidly evolving, and expectations for precise, relevant and effective communication are higher than ever. In Growth DK we work purposefully to create cohesive customer experiences at the moment of purchase, ensure strong commercial performance and generate activity for our outbound sales team. To succeed we need you who thrive in taking responsibility for operations, quality assurance and stable execution of our CX activities while our colleague is on maternity leave.
About the job
As a CX Specialist you will be a key person in the daily operation of our campaign and lead activities. You will be responsible for ensuring that our systems, flows and campaigns run stably, and that data flows correctly across our platforms.
You will be part of a team whose direct purpose is to attract new customers, where operations are central and a substantial responsibility to ensure the necessary and continuous activity for our many advisers.
You will have broad collaboration across the business – including with our distribution area, marketing, digital development units and other commercial teams, and you will be the natural focal point for operations in Growth DK.
Your tasks
The emphasis of the role is on operations, execution and quality assurance. More specifically you will:
Operations and execution
- Ensure stable daily operation of Growth DK’s conversion- and campaign activities
- Set up campaigns, flows and lead setups and ensure data foundations and target groups are of high quality
- Monitor performance and identify operational issues, data deviations or opportunities for improvement
- Maintain and update reporting in Power BI so the business has an accurate overview
- Prepare analyses of campaign performance and ensure that learnings are translated into better operations
- Optimize lead selection through rule-based logic and data-driven prioritization
Improvement and support
- Contribute to ongoing adjustments and improvements of our campaign setup
- Be a sparring partner with CRM, marketing and digital units in the collaboration on channels and campaigns
The role is largely about ensuring stability, structure and high quality in our daily execution.
About you
We imagine that you
- Have a relevant education – e.g. cand.merc.
- Have at least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Have experience with SQL, analytics and reporting
- Have worked with campaign systems or marketing automation (e.g. CIM/Teradata or similar)
- Thrive with structured work, fixed processes and the responsibility for stable operations
- Are detail-oriented, quality-conscious and good at following tasks through to completion
You are the type who finds peace in creating order and ensuring that things work – every day. You can handle both routine tasks and think ahead when operations and processes can be optimized.
What can we offer?
We offer a strong professional environment where you have the opportunity to specialize further within the area. You will get:
- A strong professional and agile environment with skilled colleagues in data, analysis, marketing and digital development
- Opportunity for professional and personal development in one of the Nordics’ largest insurance companies
- Flexible working arrangements and attractive employee terms
- An office in the heart of Copenhagen – in bright premises close to the water
The temporary position is expected to last about 12 months.
