Would you like to help shape the healthcare system of the future? We are hiring as of 01.12.26 an engaged leader who can lead the continued development of the Health and Care Facilities in an exciting time with new opportunities, strong professional ambitions and close cross-sector collaboration.

In connection with the Health Reform, the operation of the health and care facilities will transfer to the North Jutland Region on 1 January 2027. We therefore seek an engaged and visionary daily manager who can lead the continued development of the offering and ensure strong professional and operational leadership during a period of many changes.

Health and Care Facilities will be established at Lynggården in Hirtshals. The Health and Care Facilities rest on a strong foundation that for many years has been run and developed with high professionalism and a secure hand. With the transition to regional operation we get the opportunity to build on the good experiences and at the same time strengthen collaboration across sectors for the benefit of citizens.

The new organisation should contribute to even more cohesive patient and citizen pathways in Vendsyssel, where transitions between hospital, health and care facilities, municipal offerings and one’s own home should be perceived as more coordinated and present. As daily leader you will have a central role in translating this ambition into practice, making the position a unique opportunity for you who are motivated by development, collaboration and building the future close health system.

About the job

The Health and Care Facilities are an important offering to citizens with complex health and care needs, where rehabilitation, treatment, care and collaboration go hand in hand. We are looking for an engaged and development-oriented daily leader who can lead the continued development of the offering and create the best framework for citizens, relatives and staff.

As daily leader you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations, staff management and professional development at Lynggården. You will lead a dedicated group of employees with different professional backgrounds.

You will report to Chief Nurse Katrine Porsborg Larsen, and she says the following about her leadership style and the collaboration you will have: "My leadership is built on high ambitions, integrity and the courage to set a clear direction. About the Health and Care Facilities

The target group for the Health and Care Facilities is citizens in need of a health professional intervention, who do not require hospital admission, but where the intervention cannot be arranged conveniently at home.

At the Health and Care Facilities the following are among other things handled

• Rehabilitation and retraining
• Observation and nursing assessment
• Treatment and care
• Nutritional interventions

Common to the efforts is a rehabilitative focus, where the citizen's resources and possibilities to regain functional ability are in the center.
