The daycare's support corps is seeking an engaged and professionally strong support pedagogue.

The support corps is organizationally anchored in the administration and the support pedagogues report to the Daycare's joint leader.

About the position

The support corps works essentially from a neuroaffective approach with a strong focus on supporting the development of learning environments in the day care offerings.

The core of the effort is

• Sparring on the development of learning environments
• Support for the work with groups of children and individual children's well-being and development
• Contribution to competency development in the staff group
• Participation in development processes and professional reflection

In performing the tasks we use preventive observations, specific observations, preparation of DPU (description of the child’s nearest development zone), language screenings and language stimulation, systematic pedagogical reflection processes, video as an educational tool, Marte Meo programs, support function with a focus on the learning environment and pedagogical approaches, etc.

Approximately 2/3 of the support pedagogues' working time takes place in day care centers – close to practice. Here the support corps provides concrete support so that staff gain tools and methods to develop learning environments and handle pedagogical challenges in daily life.

We are looking for a qualified pedagogue with experience within the 0–6-year age group and ideally with experience as a resource pedagogue or equivalent function.

Terms of employment

• The position is 30 hours per week
• Start: as soon as possible or no later than January 1, 2027
• Salary and terms of employment according to applicable collective agreement
