Are you passionate about working with the youngest children? Are you motivated by creating safe environments, close relationships and good everyday life? Do you thrive in an environment where you both follow the children’s leads and take responsibility for creating meaningful learning environments? Then this position might be for you.

As a childminder you are a central adult in the child’s everyday life, and you work closely with parents, colleagues and the pedagogical leader to create well-being, development and safe, recognizable frames for the children.

As a childminder you will have the opportunity to

• work with up to five children in your own home and in the playroom
• plan and organize your own daily life
• create safe and close relationships with children aged 0-3
• make an important difference for children and their families
• be part of a strong professional community with other childminders

You are never alone

• You will become part of a professional childminding group
• You will receive close sparring and supervision from the pedagogical leader
• You will work based on the strengthened pedagogical curriculum and KVALID
• You will participate in all-day playroom sessions and joint activities
