Being a daycare worker in a Stordagpleje is a job where you

• In collaboration with other daycare workers, you care for children aged 0 to 3 years.
• Must help cover opening hours from 06:30 to 16:45, Fridays until 15:00.
• Together with your colleagues you coordinate the duty roster so that you cover the opening hours together, never alone.
• Work based on the Strengthened Curriculum and evaluation culture (in guidance with our consultants)
• Work according to Ikast-Brande Municipality's children and youth policy
• Support the work with the Daycare Area's vision to create child communities where all children can thrive, form, learn and develop
• Radiate enthusiasm and commitment in providing care and creating a daily life for our little people.

We are a day care in great development, so you will become part of a large colleague community. We are seeking the following:

• 1 daycare worker, where the hours are 37 hours, with start as soon as possible, but no later than 01.12.2026

Who are you?

• You are fond of children and see the value of giving our children a safe and joyful daycare time
• You want to and are passionate about the pedagogical field – in close collaboration with pedagogical consultants and colleagues
• You are motivated by creating security and predictability in a changing everyday life

You will receive help and sparring from experienced daycare consultants from the daycare service.
