Are you a skilled Danish teacher with strong relationship skills and a desire to create safe and motivating learning communities?

We are looking for a Danish teacher for Holbergskolen, who always has the children in mind and understands the importance of a good relationship.

The position is in our lower primary, where you will be a central part of the students' first year at school and have the opportunity to build strong academic and social foundations for the children. We also dream of strengthening our focus on reading and children's language skills, and therefore it would be advantageous if you are trained as a reading supervisor or would like to become one. If you dream of training to become a reading supervisor, we are ready to invest in you.

We are looking for

We need a colleague who has strong relationship skills . You can建立 trustful relationships with students, parents and colleagues and see the relationship as a prerequisite for learning, development and well-being.

You are capable of creating structure, calm, and participation opportunities for all students through a clear and acknowledging approach.

You are a trained teacher with teaching competence in Danish.

It would be an advantage if you are trained as a reading supervisor or have an interest in the area. We also very much welcome hearing from you if you would like to complete the reading supervisor training as part of your work with us.

Other subject competences can of course also be interesting, and we are curious about what else you can contribute with.

You meet the children where they are and work from a fundamental understanding that all children do the best they can within the frames they have.

You thrive in close teamwork and see value in developing practice together with your colleagues.
