Danish-speaking customer service advisor for an international company in Athens

We are looking for Danish-speaking customer service advisors for an international company with an office in Athens, Greece . The position is full-time , office-based and with an unlimited contract .

Responsibilities

• Customer service via phone and email
• Handling inquiries from Danish customers
• Occasional written and verbal communication in English
• Use of internal systems and tools (in English)

Qualifications

• Danish at C2 level (written and spoken)
• English at minimum B2 level
• Good communication skills
• Structured and responsible work approach
• Basic IT skills
• Willingness to work from the office in Athens

Working hours

• Monday–Friday within the time window 09:00–01:00

(shift-based schedule)

• 8-hour shifts

Salary and employment terms

• Base salary: 1300 EUR gross per month
• 14 monthly salaries (1 extra salary in December, 0.5 extra salary for Easter and 0.5 extra salary for summer)
• Performance bonus: Up to 10 % per month based on performance and KPIs

(paid from month 4)

• Attendance bonus: 5 EUR per working day
• Permanent employment with an unlimited contract
