In Service Delivery we support Bankdata's IT deliverables through well-functioning processes, data-driven insights and continuous improvements. We work closely with development teams, specialists and other disciplines to ensure high quality, stable operation and efficient workflows.

You will become part of a team responsible for a number of central ITSM processes such as Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management and Change Enablement, where data plays a central role in our work.

We provide a thorough introduction to our processes, tools and ways of working. As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and broaden your focus to more ITSM processes and analysis types.

What will you be working with?

As a student worker you will help us understand what our data tells us about IT operations, and how we can improve processes and workflows based on facts and analyses.

You start with a focus on Incident- and Service Request-data, where you learn our platform, data and workflows. As you become familiar with the area, the position will develop to also include analyses and insights within the team’s other ITSM processes.

Your primary tasks will be to

• Analyze Incident and Service Request data from ServiceNow to identify patterns, trends, repetitions and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and further develop dashboards and analyses that make complex data understandable and usable.
• Contribute to improving data quality, registration practices and processes so decisions are made on a solid data foundation.
• Support ongoing improvement initiatives based on data and fact-based recommendations.

What experience will you gain?

You start by gaining experience within Incident Management and Service Request Management, but gradually gain the opportunity to work with several of the ITSM processes that support Bankdata's IT operations. This gives you a broad understanding of how data is used to manage and improve complex IT service deliveries.

With us you do not work with exercise data or fictional cases. You analyze real production data from one of Denmark's largest IT operations environments, and your insights are used to improve processes, support decisions and strengthen the stability of critical IT solutions used by millions of bank customers.

The position provides a strong foundation if you are interested in data analysis, Business Intelligence, process optimization, IT Service Management or IT operations.

We are looking for someone who is analytical and curious

We imagine you are pursuing a relevant higher education in fields such as IT, data analysis, computer science, software technology, Business Intelligence, process management or similar.

It is not required that you have experience with IT Service Management or ServiceNow. The most important is that you are eager to learn and interested in working with data.

In addition, you recognize yourself in the following

• You have an analytical approach and thrive with working with data and problem statements.
• You are comfortable with numbers and can structure, investigate and communicate information in a clear way.
• You are curious about how processes, systems and people work together.
• You work independently, take responsibility and follow up on your tasks.
• You communicate clearly and can convey complex contexts in both Danish and English.

It would be an advantage if you have knowledge of one or more of the following areas

• Excel or other analysis tools
• Power BI or similar reporting tools
• SQL or databases
• Statistics or data analysis
