About the job and the tasks

We are looking for a new colleague for a fixed day shift position at Nederbylund Care Home. The position has start on 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible – we can also use you earlier.

We offer as a starting point 37 hours per week , but if you want a lower number of hours, we will find a solution together.

As a day shift you will be an important part of everyday life at Nederbylund. You help create a good and safe day for residents and also have an important role in daily care, observation, documentation and collaboration around the individual resident.

The day shift – close to the residents. With occasional evening shifts in periods.

As a day shift you will have a daily life with close contact to the residents and their relatives. You become part of the multidisciplinary collaboration and help ensure that the residents experience coherence and quality in their everyday life.

We work, among other things, with daily triage, documentation and ongoing professional sparring. You will have the opportunity to use your professional skills and at the same time help develop the way we work together. We work with a common approach where we help each other across the building. That also means that we sometimes solve tasks together, even if they do not necessarily belong to one particular professional group.

We follow the same approach in an evening shift, which you can also have some of in periods.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, with the possibility to negotiate qualification and job grade pay.

About us

Nederbylund Care Home has 30 flats, of which eight are sheltered dementia flats. We are situated in a scenic area close to the Gudenå River and are fortunate to have many engaged volunteers who help create life, activities and positive experiences for the residents.
