About the job
Day shift operator for Ampoule & Droplet (Sterile/non-sterile) production in Valby
An outstanding opportunity to work with manufacturing and filling of sterile and liquid formulations for all Lundbeck markets.
In Liquid and Sterile Production (LSP) we continually strive to improve lives of people with brain disorders, where we on a daily basis manufacture and fill medicines of high quality on time. We have clear ambitions to become even better – so if you are motivated by good colleagues, varied work and at the same time can contribute with a large dose of good humor, then it could very well be you who should be our new colleague.
Your new role
GMP and quality are keywords in this position, and since we work in a classified area, it requires a good understanding of aseptic behavior and the quality standards that must be followed. Associated problem solving and GMP documentation such as filling out batch journals as well as documentation for testing and preparation of equipment are a natural part of the job.
In addition to the core delivery in production we also participate in small – and large projects, LEAN work, procurement, qualifications and much more. There is therefore ample opportunity to further develop and strengthen your competences.
Your tasks
Your main task will be to perform aseptic production of our products. In our team we are responsible for the whole process, including manufacturing, sterile filtration and filling in classified areas. In addition we handle tanks and inspect our ampoules.
Your upcoming team
In LSP we are a total of 38 employees distributed across 4 different teams (Support, Droplet, Technician and Ampoule team). You will join the ampoule team which consists of 11 operators with different backgrounds. You will become part of an engaged and self-managing team, where you will have broad contact with colleagues from other teams. We are a team with high ambitions, strong collaboration and great respect for each other’s differences. We have a relaxed and informal tone, where there is always room for a good laugh.
The position is on fixed day shift, where you will work Monday to Thursday 06:00-14:00 and Friday 06:00 to 13:30.
What you bring to the team
- You are quality-conscious and have a sense of order
- You have a positive attitude and are motivated to solve tasks in collaboration with colleagues
- You are action-oriented and show initiative by self-offering and driving tasks
- You have an interest and understanding of engineering/technique
- You speak, read and write fluent Danish. English skills are an advantage
- Experience from sterile production would be a clear advantage
