Your primary tasks

• Personal care and nursing with professional quality and respect for the individual.
• Nursing observations , complex assessments and medication management.
• Proactive action in changes in residents' conditions and professional handling of these.
• Documentation and ensuring cross-disciplinary continuity.
• Close collaboration and delegation with the evening team's social and health care assistants, aides and therapists as well as residents and relatives.

Who are you?

• You have a Danish authorization as a nurse – whether you are newly graduated or experienced.
• You thrive with the independent responsibility in the evening, but are also a pronounced team player.
• You have a natural comfort in sparring with your colleagues and management regarding complex challenges.
• You meet residents, relatives and colleagues with empathy, an overview and a smile.
• You are aware of your own position as a role model for the work culture and the way tasks are carried out.

Working terms

The position is 28 hours per week in the evening shift with a 5:2 rotation.

Start date is 1 December 2026 , or by agreement.
